General rules! » Be respectful » Don't spam or advertise your stuff constantly, it gets annoying. » Don't push the staff to moderate your thread. If you need modding, you can politely pm one of the staff. But wait at least 24 to 48 hours for a reply. » Take out-of-character fights off the boards. PM them. If you can’t solve the problem on your own, you can ask a moderator to take a look at the argument, but don’t get hurt at the results. » Post in the Absences Board if you're going to be away. If you’re going on an extended absence, you must contact an admin/mod to make sure you don’t get deleted in future activity checks. » Be mature and ask questions if you honestly don't know what to do. Most of the time, if you look through the site, you can find answers to your questions. » Don't make more than one account. You may have as many characters as you like just as long as you keep them active. If you are found to have more than one account, we will ask you about it and then delete the unnecessary account. If you continue to make more, you will be banned. If you have a family member or friend who shares your IP, please let staff know when they join. We love new members and we don't want a misunderstanding about the One Account Rule to be the deletion of their account.  Roleplaying rules! » No godmoding (having your Pokémon or character be invincible) or powerplaying (having all of your attacks hit without letting another person have their say). Be fair to others please. » Please know your English. Use proper spelling and grammar skills. Also please don’t post only one sentence as a reply in a roleplay, you don’t need to write a paragraph, but at least make it longer than a sentence. » Take turns posting if you're in a thread with lots of people. Don’t post three times in a row, unless completely necessary. » Keep the in-character drama to your characters. Don't have your character randomly pull out a sword and attack someone else. This is a Pokémon RP so use your Pokémon as weapons. If you really want something like a sword pm an admin. » Don't use a bunch of different obnoxious colors when posting. Keep your posts legible AND DON'T USE ALL CAPS, MASSIVE FONT OR NO CAPS OR ALL BOLD FOR YOUR POST. If your character is speaking, then that's when you can use bold, but not throughout the entire post. » Keep your posts tasteful and mature. » Put your OOC in (parentheses) or something so it stands out from your post. Just so people don’t get confused. » See if you can post in other people's threads first instead of making one of your own. » You need a biography before you may post, and it must be accepted by staff. You may roleplay either a human or a Pokémon. Check the Accepted Biographies board to see our expectations or get some examples. » If you are voluntarily leaving the site, you have to get admin permission to give any Pokémon to another member, and staff may have a limit on the number of Pokémon able to be given to someone else. You may kill a Pokémon to prevent it from being given away, but keep in mind that you may then no longer reclaim it. » IF YOU ARE DELETED, your Pokémon go to the Giveaway. Unhatched eggs will go Daycare. If you would like to plead/give your case to reclaim an egg that has gone to the daycare or a Pokémon that has gone to the Giveaway, have a conversation with an admin/mod. » If you are transferring Pokémon from one of your own characters to another of your OWN characters, you only need to mention it IC at some point. If you are are trading Pokémon or transferring to another member’s character, you need to make an IC thread. » Don't be a douche bag. Mods don't ignore someone's thread on purpose. Members, make newbies feel included in your threads. If it's been two weeks without a reply from your RP partner/mod and you want to move on, you can create a new thread or PM them with a friendly reminder. Keep in mind that RP partners/mods may have an Absence message up (So make sure to check) or are otherwise slow RPers. If it's been three weeks without a reply from your mod and you're not willing to wait after you've politely PM'd them, you may request a new mod.
